Join Dr Satveer Mahil for an update on the current state of play with regards to the global pandemic in the dermatology patient population, based on the PsoProtect and PsoProtectMe registries' data. dr Satveer Mahil MD,PhD  

Dr Satveer Mahil is a Consultant Dermatologist at St John's Institute of Dermatology, Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, London, UK and adjunct Senior Lecturer at King's College London, UK. She completed a MRC-funded PhD in 2017 in psoriasis and continues to conduct translational research in psoriasis alongside her clinical work thanks to a MRC Clinical Academic Partnership Award. She is also co-director of the PsoProtect and PsoProtectMe registries.


A/PROF PETER FOLEY  MBBS, BMEDSC, FACD

Associate Professor Peter Foley is a clinical dermatologist and has a wealth of experience in dermatology, particularly in the treatment of psoriasis. He is Australia’s only Councillor on the International Psoriasis Council and served on the steering committee of GRAPPA (Group for Research and Assessment of Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis). 

In addition to holding the position of Associate Professor with the Department of Medicine (Dermatology) at The University of Melbourne, Assoc. Prof Foley is also the Director of Research at the Skin Health Institute and Head, Dermatology Research at St Vincent's Hospital, Melbourne. He is a visiting dermatologist at the Photobiology, Phototherapy and Biologics Clinics at St. Vincent's Hospital Melbourne and the Phototherapy and Biologics Clinics at the Skin Health Institute. 

As the Director of Research, Assoc. Prof Foley directs the Institute's rapidly expanding clinical trials program and is co-convenor of the Australasian Psoriasis Registry. To date, he has been an author on well over 100 peer-reviewed publications, including the reports of many of the pivotal trials on biologics in psoriasis. Assoc. Prof Foley is regarded globally as one of the leading experts on psoriasis and has been an investigator in over 100 clinical trials, including many exploring new therapies for psoriasis.
