Professional dermatology education is a core activity of the Skin Health Institute.
The Institute supports the Faculty’s professional development program with the delivery of Clinical Meetings, Update Meetings, Dermatopathology and Surgical tutorials, as well as Skin Schools for registrars. They are all essential elements of the training and continuing professional development of dermatologists and dermatology registrars. It helps keep our members at the leading edge of the profession.
As a tertiary referral center, the Institute’s many sub-specialty clinics provide a rich and diverse clinical training environment for all Victorian registrars. This is enhanced by their rotation through the major Melbourne hospitals and is often supplemented by training sessions at leading hospitals in London and Singapore.
Several of our education sessions are webcast to help extend the reach of our professional education programs into other parts of Australia and overseas. Usage statistics show keen uptake of these webcasts, and of the library of those recordings.
These resources are for dermatologists and dermatology registrars only. If you qualify, and would like access to these resources, please complete and submit the form below.
